Research interests:
Fisheries ecology, fisheries discards, ecosystem modelling, small pelagic fish behaviour and distribution, fisheries impacts, fish ecology.
Research experience:
He has acted as a PI or WP/task coordinator in 5 national and international research projects and has participated in 15 additional projects. He has co-authored more than 25 papers in peer-reviewed international scientific journals and book chapters as well as more than 50 other publications. Reviewer in several scientific journals and member of the editorial board of two scientific journals.
