Research interests:
It has been involved in a wide range of fisheries research programs. PhD focused on the ecology and the spatial distribution of small pelagic fish using audio data by implementing modern statistical spatial analysis methods. Her scientific background is multidimensional focusing on the study of the dynamics of fish populations, physical / biological interactions in marine ecosystems, application of acoustic methods in fisheries research, spatial analysis techniques, determination of basic habitat of fish, habitat models, food web models and assessment models fish stocks.
Research experience:
He has participated in 25 research and development projects, four of them as project coordinator and scientific responsible. He is the author of 38 scientific papers, 3 chapters in scientific books and with over 70 entries in international scientific conferences and Greek conferences.
